VENUE: LIMERICK CHESS CLUB (LIMERICK LAWN TENNIS CLUB)
RATE OF PLAY: Standard 5 minutes a side, with time increment 2 sec for each move, and time handicaps. For 500+ ratings difference between the players, time handicap of 6 min + 2 sec for weaker player v 4 min + 2 sec for stronger player.
