Venue: THE HUNT MUSEUM garden, Rutland St. Limerick City
Schedule:
Saturday 4 Rounds, 1st Round @ 11 am
Meal break @ 12 pm
Round 2 start @ 12.45 pm, Round 3 - 1.45 pm, Round 4(Final) - 3.00 pm
Entry Fee: Entry For All competitors was free
Prize Trophies were awarded for 1st, 2nd and Best Junior.
This non-rated event was open to all chess players or members of the public who know the Rules of chess .
The tournament was held outdoors in fairly good weather under the shelter of 4 gazebos.
Number of entries were limited to 16 due to social distancing rules, with 8 boards played and the final played on the giant chess board.
Face masks were recommended.
The Arbiter was Neal Kirby.
Sets & clocks were provided at the venue by the Limerick chess club.
