Rules governing team selection agreed at MCU AGM Limerick September 25th 2008
# - Clubs must submit a panel of not more than 8 players per team before the commencement of the League.
# - Players may not appear on more than one panel in a given season.
# - Teams will be allowed to play substitutes whose names are not on the original panel provided the rating of the substitute is not higher than the rating of the fifth player on the panel
# - At the half way point of the season, clubs may add another player to the panel provided they drop an existing player from the panel. Changes under this rule should be notified to the League Controller (Paul Walsh mob: 087-2794226) before the additional player appears on the team.
# - Teams which play a player in contravention of the above rules will forfeit the match 5-0, in which the player participated.
# - Results including name, ICU code, and individual board result, must be submitted by both team captains by post to:
