    Rules:

    1. There are no venues specified, this can be sorted between the team captains

    2. There are "free" venues available, if you want to avail of them - on February 11th and March 10th there are Division 1 matches being held in both Springfort Hall and the South Court Hotel, if you want to use them..

    3. You may play rounds 1 to 4 whenever you wish during the specified period but the final round matches will be held at the same time as the division 1 round up in Strand hotel, Limerick on April 21st

    7. The same rules of play apply to division 2 as division 1 (with some obvious exceptions, rule 7, rule 13 ( venues ) rule 16 ( it cannot be FIDE rated ) see attached
